Geri Campbell has been teaching group fitness classes since 1986. She is passionate about the health and fitness of all those who join her classes. She is also a certified personal trainer. Geri also helps clients find new strength to live out their lives to the best of their abilities.

As a track and cross country collegiate athlete I learned the importance of Cardio Vascular Fitness. Since then, I’ve expanded my knowledge, education, and experience in the benefits of regular fitness activity; including improved cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, healthy body Fat Composition, lowering health risk factors, and improving health and well being.
